How do we manage to keep up on our daily lives knowing it may end sooner or later?

Mau. 23 years old. Single.
My mother was a mistress, so father left us to be with his original family.
Mother didn't like being left out so she decided to be with somebody else who will love her.

I always have these voices in my head.

"Why bother living? you will die soon."
"Why bother praying? nothing can change the situation anyway"
"Why bother making friends? They'll forget you when your dead"

Then one day, someone told me:

"Why bother thinking what you can't do? Instead think what you CAN still do. I won't leave, I'll stay here.... With you."

I, Mau. 23 years old. A dying female. I live together with my HIV Virus.

Now, who is ready to love me?
