Julianna Dawkins, also known as the weirdo of the school, had been invited to a birthday party by Claire, a popular student who regularly attended her art class.

However, she later learns that her and another girl called Casey were the pity invites and weren't really wanted there to begin with.

She can hear voices that aren't hers in a constant, overwhelming rush. There is no privacy. There are no secrets.

Then, as her and Casey are offered to drive back home from the birthday girls Dad, the girls unexpectedly stumble into a conflict of being kidnapped. Kidnapped by a man with many personalities.
