Sadie is a Capitol girl and what you call Capitol Crazy. No, bright wigs, 8 inch heels or terrifyingly short dresses. She is District Chic, everyday she wears something that represents each of the Disctricts Fallen ones. For Finnick a Sea Green dress with a trident broach, For Rue a jumper dress with a tree broach (sort of like the Amity Sign) these are just some examples. After The war Katniss and the other surviving victors vote on a Capitol Games, It's passed and revenge is set for the residents of the Capitol. Just one problem Sadie wants desperately to escape the bright colours of the Capitol and will do anything to leave.
