Would things be different if Keith had depression? If Lance had schizophrenia? If Keith had autism?

(Whilst I am currently obtaining a psychology degree, I am in no way an expert with psychological/behavioural/developmental disorders. If I get anything wrong, don't be afraid to comment and correct me! I won't be offended; just grateful ...Also yes, the title of this series is based off of an album by The 1975. The emperor told Keith he fought similar to his Galran soldiers. That had honestly scared him.
