Arielle and Aspen have been together for years. The two would be very happy with their life togther...if they lived somewhere else. The year is 2134 and in 2029, the world, as it was known, ended. The new world is, to the knowledge of its citizens, restricted to the small town of Secretum. Secretum is ruled by an oppressive government who knows and sees all and is constantly patrolled by the deadly guard force, the Praetorii. The small town is surrounded by the forbidden Outside. Nobody who has gone near the Ouside has ever returned alive. Arielle's father is the ruler of the town, so how can she and Aspen possibly overthrow this cruel government and bring freedom to the town and answers to all their questions? Is Secretum really all that is left in the world, or is the government hiding something? What is really on the Outside?
