Bryon Cruorem is the youngest vampire of his pack, which has dated back centuries. He's spent many of these centuries hunting for fresh blood and people to turn to join the pack. However, what his pack doesn't know is that he also kills people in ways that are unrelated to being a vampire. Byron has an addiction to murdering as many people as he can and takes pleasure in it. In order to remain unsuspicious, Byron begins to attend Addams High where he meets Loveta O'Keeffe - a 17-year-old girl suffering from a drug addiction and urges she can't control. Then, she meets Bryon who urges her to embrace her urges to the point where she doesn't know who she is- a werewolf. Bryon convinces her to come along on his journey of killings...without her knowledge that he is a vampire. The two fall deeply in love, enthralled by their differences...yet similarities. Bryon teaches her how to be a werewolf...and how he can help her along the way. When she does learn who Bryon really is, things get even worse. Loveta is forced to join a werewolf pack that happens to be at war with Bryon's vampire pack...and the demons wreaking havoc upon the world. Every time Loveta kills someone with Bryon, she regrets it and wants to pull away. But whenever they're together, peaceful, she falls further and further under his spell. They work together in secret- eventually using Loveta's werewolf powers and Bryon's vampire urges to murder more innocent people than ever. The war still rages between their packs, threatening to tear them apart. As Loveta falls further and further into her werewolf self...she might never be able to go back to the hopeless teen she was just a few months back. And as Bryon becomes even more and more dangerous, their relationship might never not end in bloodshed.
