The lovely seaside city of Eventide has long been a home to more than only human citizens. Werewolf families roam under the full moon, demons lurk in shadowy corners, some even say dragons live high over the sea and the college houses a vampire. Scattered throughout the world of the living, the spirits of the dead whisper to those who can hear their calls.

Asher Sang is one of those people. A one in a million combination of traits from his human mother and demon father left him human in appearance but with a foot forever in the world of the supernatural. There is one drawback: his twin sister was born with half of Asher's soul, leaving his body open and easy for the dead or demonic to possess.

But his vulnerability is what draws spirits in need of his help. He just needs to learn how to help them without loosing himself.

Angel and Demon

9 parts Ongoing

Asher brought a girl back from the Floating Island and took her under his control. But her true identity as the "Divine Daughter" sent shockwaves across the empire, igniting a deadly pursuit by every faction. Even his archenemy, the noble Marcellus Voren, joined the hunt. -Can a demon understand love? One day, deep within the abyss of the world, Asher obtained the power of "Absolute Dominion," and all of humanity trembled. With this ability, he could subjugate all living things-except the Divine Daughter. A force that humans, in their terror, came to call "the Demon's Power." Years earlier, on the day his homeland fell, the slave boy Asher Sinclaire had sworn an oath: one day, he would make the Aeteria Empire kneel. Step by step, he fulfilled that promise-rising from a wretched slave to a general, then ascending to the imperial throne, and eventually conquering the entire continent. Yet, despite his willingness to trample empires and even obliterate the world, there was only one thing he truly desired: The angel he had captured-Cressia of Eudoria.
