A young girl named Starva Theone Roseus Aethelred. Her life is miserable because students in her school bully her as "not normal". She is destined to have two different-coloured eyes. Can she stand up for herself? What if being different isn't what she wants? She blames herself, her life, and not to mention, her eyes. Is it worth trying for her to have the chance just to look normal like the others? This story was REWRITTEN and previously submitted to ServiceScape Short Story Award 2018.

"She gazed up at the work of art and I gazed at the one standing beside me." *** The four years we spend in high school are the best four years we'll experience, or so we're told. Every person is different, though, and every experience we face will be seen with different eyes than others. 36 students strive to finish their final year of high school so that they may finally expand their wings and open a new chapter in their life. Follow them throughout their year of love, pain, bullying, family troubles and more as one encounter in each of their lives changes them completely in this first installment of the interwoven collection, Our Year Together.
