It was the summer of 2018, and people were disappearing from the small town of Srerry. The cops found no trace.
Kids were disappearing everyday. Nobody knew why. Somebody was kidnapping them and god knows what he did.

Bad Date With An Old God
Hey, folks, first time poster. Below is a short story of mine. It's a little bit of a love letter to the slasher genre and video game I play. Sweet Dreams
Monsters are everywhere, but the human ones are the worst. At least the Creatures of the Night don't kid almost families, friends, neighbors, coworkers. Once reborn they live in the night. Sure, they do all of the same twisted things that humans do to one another, but they don't hide who they are. When you see them you know death is coming. You can predict the sick things they will do to you. But when the monster looks human, you're blindsided. One minute you're in love with a guy and the next he's slitting your throat. Trust me, I speak from experience. Gruesome things that use to make me sick now makes my stomach flutter in joy. I traded charming grins and blue eyes for carved smilies and orbs of onyx. I traded sunlight for the glow of the moon. I gave up living amongst humans for creatures of the night. And I wouldn't go back for anything in the world. I am finally home. I've spent so much time running from monsters that it's my turn to do the chasing. Sweet Dreams...

She loved her co workers until everything changed. She had out of curiosity met someone who changed her life forever. Dylan was not always doing his business in public but had to the same night he met his toy and of course that was a dream come true for him... someone he could always play with. He has a daughter who would one day be the head of his business and she needed someone to take care of her. Annie was the right person.
