The Swan and the Engineer

Odette and Siegfried usually don't interact besides checking out his books on engineering from the library where she works. In an unfortunate event, the two of them are kidnapped by Rothbard, the corrupt and slightly insane baron, who suddenly wishes to pick Odette's brain apart, when it all started from a stolen necklace. Siegfried harbored no friendship for the young librarian, but during their incarceration he seems to have a newfound respect for the stubborn girl, and for her dark side.
