Bakugo is depressed about how week he felt after being captured by the league of villains and the problems and arguments at home.
He soon thinks that nobody cares for him and he would end up dying to make everyone happy.
Todoroki noticed Bakugo is acting strange and sees Bakugo throwing up even though he doesn't even eat that much. He sees Bakugo is getting effected by depression and tries to help him. While noticing he had developed feelings for him.
