Book Two of the Project: Perses series!  

They have taken the girl I love, killed my parents and my best friend and have made me an outcast in society.  They call me a terrorist, a vigilante, but I'm not. 

I am what they made me.

A freak of nature, a hybrid experiment out of their control.  They wanted to create the ultimate superhuman species, a killing machine... and they succeeded.

But I'm not really human anymore.

Now I have to fight to save my girl while attempting to bring to light what they did to my family, to me, and to many, many more victims that do not have a voice, who's sacrifices will never be rewarded or acknowledged.

I am on a quest to bring these bastards to justice, and if justice means bringing down even the President of the United States, then so be it.

No one seemed to care about the endangerment of their lives. That's where I came in. A voice for the voiceless. I would never let a life be wasted, even if my own life became at risk. **Sneak Preview** The doctor took the baby in his hands and took a look himself. I heard him take a sharp intake of breath. "Bloody hell!" he exclaimed. "What should we do with her?" the surgeon asked. "We're going to have to get rid of it" he announced simply. I whipped my head towards Arturo. I began getting up, trying to end this tyranny but Arturo held me back and that's when I remembered where we were, who I was carrying inside me. I cried quietly as I watched the woman scream and whimper as she realised the fate of her child. And the fate of herself. The surgeon wheeled her inside a door followed by the Doctor with the baby. "You can't do this to us! Give me my baby!" she sobbed helplessly until she said in a quiet voice, "Let me hold her once". The doors closed before I could see if they fulfilled her last wish. They used my vulnerability against me. They used that weapon, to make me accept their stupid idea. And I of course, accepted it, I didn't even know what they were going to do. They tugged and poked and even shoved their disgusting finger in your wound, just to see you cry. To see you change. No pitty in their eyes. They just continue. They drag you around with metal chains, hit you and turn you into a experiment. But I had enough of the tugging, the clawing, the moaning, the crying and pleading for them to stop, but simply feeding them with our pain. They turned me into something, that neither do they know what I am. Their afraid of me, of my reflexes, my strength. I killed a lot of them. They say I have a cold heart, that I don't feel nothing. That's why they call me: Death -----------------------------------------************************************--------------------------------------------- Death. A teen girl, pitch black hair, black eyes, white skin. Her height is 5'8. People are scared of her, not just because of her strength but because of they way she kills. She lived in this hell hole, where they take her to rooms. Examine. Fight. She knows she won't be able to entertain them for long. She decides to run. Soul. Brown hair as mud, blue eyes as the sky.
