This story takes place after androids finally get equal rights and are considered living beings. Detective Gavin Reed was a stubborn cop, and still, to this day, is. He hates androids with a burning passion, but nobody really understands why, or cares. Rights or no rights, he had no intent on "respecting" them. His mind may be changed in the future by force. RK900 was the newest, and most advanced android to date. He was still not deviated. Deviancy wasn't going to come to him easily. Conner, RK800, was spared concerning his previous work with Lieutenant Anderson. RK900 is like a little brother to Connor, even though he is the little on. RK900 was partnered with Detective Reed. Gavin was very wary and angry about the whole situation; however, he had no choice but to work with the android. Warnings: • Cringe • Mostly likely, bad smut • Blood~? • Idk if I'll finish this or not • A lot of gay • Maybe.... Sikus (Markus x Simon) • Probably... Hannor (Hank x Connor)

A Detroit Become Human inspired story. A lot has changed since the revolution. Crimes against androids are now being treated with greater severity, with many being subject to the same penalties as crimes against humans. While anti-android attitudes are on the decline, transforming the mindset of an entire city is no simple task. A reluctant Gavin Reed and his new partner, RK900, have been assigned to investigate a string of disturbing murders. Despite the shift in Detroit's social climate, Gavin still holds reservations about whether or not androids are truly alive. Will his developing feelings for 'Nines' prompt a shift in perspective?
