Everyday, John goes down to a little lake, Penny Lake, just as a way to ease his mind. He notices the same ebony-haired boy with his own group of friends visiting the lake, as well. And really, all John wants to do is to, somehow, get that Paul-boy alone so that the two of them can become... closer. This has proven itself to be a difficult challenge as George, Paul's best mate, is inseparable from Paul. Nearly attached at his hip. Not only that, but other problems arise seemingly out of thin air. Will John be able to talk to the boy and find similar interests between them? Paul wants to repair the apparent issues left behind him with his ex-partner... his ex-lover, and it's no secret to anybody in his "new" life. One day, even his wife, Linda, suggests to Paul that he should go and visit the lad in New York City. So? What else is he to do, but... make a surprise trip? George ran a hand through his hair in distress as she walked away from him, her head held high. "What do I have to do to make you admit you love me?" George's voice cracked as he called out to her. Samantha stopped in her tracks and froze for a moment. Then, she turned on her heel. Her face was set in a hard scowl. Her anger at him had only grown from his sudden and unexpected comment.
