Yoongi is depressed, he fucking hates himself. He doesn't deserve fo live, and he knows it. So he takes out his anger and agression on himself, he cuts himself, he's attempted suicide and failed so many times that it's become normal.
All Namjoon can do is sit idly by and watch as his best friend destroys himself. He can't stand it, he wants to stop his friend from doing this, he wants to tell his Yoongi he needs help, offer him therapy, or just be there for him. But he knows what would happen. Yoongi would tell him to 'Fuck off' he'd tell him everything was fine. Namjoon knew the truth though, everything was NOT fine, everything was a fucking mess.
