The Phoenix Foundation's latest mission takes a twisting turn of events as their target turns out to be MacGyver's sister from hell that he never knew he had. However, due to her rocky past, the two don't get along very well. But when a dangerous group of arms men make an appearance, she may be the only way to taking them down.
