The gods have revealed themselves to mankind. However, they are not as benevolent as we had hoped. They released a power among man called the Life Force, this power allows a human to store their own life energy in weapons to devestating affects. The gods also offered one no strings attached miracle to whoever could master the Life Force and climb to the top of the new Pacific mountain, which they errected straight out of the pacific ocean far from land. There is a world that is different than us, that will be everyone can use their Aura Spirits, a main source for their abilities which they can use it depending on their styles. Those who had high energy will be labelled as High Spirits, those who had low energy are labelled as Low Spirits, which most people fear if they had it. There is a group of highly skilled students in Tenshino Academy, one of them is very skilled in fighting and swords. However, this person is a Low Spirit but had a high physical strength which makes this person a tough to beat. This person is Collins Sashiro, son of the leader of a fictional city called Tower City, he is destined to be the world's champion of the Royale Tournament, a tournament where the battle has no limits. Long ago, 4 gods ruled over humanity since their beginning, but after growing bored, they decided to play a game with humanity. Dividing their power into 52 cards that give humans a part of their power, the gods then disappeared leaving behind a prophecy that said one card wielder would rule over them. The rest of humanity then began hunting down the 52 card users with extreme violence, but since a card would randomly pass to another person in the world, they began imprisoning them. Years past, now in modern-day, a boy hurt and scared because of the hunt for the card wielders, blames the gods and so the Devil bestowed upon him their card.
