BoyxBoy, student/teacher, father/son. That's the life of Alex Jersey. Alex's mom left when he was an infant. Doesn't know if she is alive even. But also doesn't care. Jersey has a couple friends by his side, but most kids aren't aloud to be near Alex, considering EVERYONE knows what Austin Jersey does to his son. Austin is immune to be put in jail, no matter how hard people try. Then HE comes along. Jace Sawyer. The new teacher. He moves into the apartment next to Alex's and can hear the cries through the walls. With each cry of hurt from Alex, Jace falls for his student more and more. Each time Jace tries to help, Alex falls for his teacher more and more. What happens when Jace sees for himself the assault Austin does to his son, and finds it too messed up to be with the already shattered boy? What happens when Alex is tired of hearing the same thing over and over again, "That Jersey boy is one troubled mistake."

That's all a guy needs, or at least that is what he thinks. Until Jace shows up. Matt is throw into a whirlwind of change. Down with everything that is normal! When their lives calm down and everything seems "normal" again The Government and... Some girl shouts, "Oh! THE BOY IS THE NEXT ONE TO GET MARRIED" I blush intensely but Jace didn't seem bothered by it. After awhile the speeches started and I dragged Jace out of the reception hall and into a vacant upstairs room. In the room there was an ugly orange couch against off white walls, a computer on a desk with a rolling desk chair. There was a hideous marble carpet. He and I take a seat on the couch without turning the lights on. We sit inaudibly in the dark, with just the moonlight lighting our faces. "Jace, I wanna ask you something." "What is it?" He asks, clueless. "Okay I know that I haven't always been the nicest, and I haven't exactly been there for you but, will you maybe go out with me?"

High school was hard, but college is even harder. Jack's coping with his break up while also balancing all his classes and it's actually quite hard for him to keep up. But he has to study and keep his grades up to keep his scholarship. This was not what he had in mind at all when planning for college, but this was the hand he was given. It didn't look like he was winning this game. Alex's experience was almost the exact opposite. He was actually doing really well in the majority of his classes. He'd taken a liking specifically to his music class and also was reunited with a certain someone from his high school days. Things were steady for him, but some people just say it's the quiet before a storm. {Sequel to TMYLM}
