In a flight to South Carolina, Brielle Sanders is visiting her parents for the holidays. On the same plane is One Direction to their next concert. Strange things happen and a terrible infection spreads across the states. This infection causes the brain to die but come back as cannibal creatures. When Bri is unable to get out herself, she is forced to be with the boys and escape in an act of survival. Will they survive?
