Isang gabing ilalaan bago magtungo sa Kolehiyo. Si Leigh at Jay ay may huling kaylangan gawin para sa isa't isa. Kaylangan nilang pagdesisyunan kung maghihiwalay ba sila o mananatili silang magkasintahan. Sa 12 oras nilang natitira ay maghihiwalay na sila ng landas at nababalisa parin sila sa mga bagay na dapat nilang linawin. Ngunit ang binabalak nilang tahimik na gabi ay magiging isang hindi inaasahang paglalakbay. Isang roller-coaster ride  patungo sa kanilang nakaraan na magtutungo sa kanila sa kanilang mga pamilya at kaibigan, mga pamilyar na landmarks at di inaasahang lugar, masakit na mga katotohanan at mga nakakagulat na rebelasyon.....
