In the small town of Pennwood Bay, independence isn't an option.

Technology is taking over and science is booming but what does this mean for the future of this seemingly perfect haven? With genetic modification and abilities beyond comprehension, the local youth are turning into test subjects. The mysterious coloured eyes and new capabilities distracts everyone from the truth- their greatest strengths might just be what destroys them. With constant control and supervision, some are starting to question what lies beyond the boundaries of Pennwood Bay...

Awoken in the middle of the night, Orelia gets drawn into the idea of freedom and adventure outside of her confinement. Nova convinces her best friend to attempt an escape after seeing a Solivagant near the gates- a sign of hope for a better life. But with an impossible task ahead of them, would the group of fugitives even take them in?

After the death of his leader, West is forced to step up and look out for his fellow runaways. With reckless underlings, a vengeful sister and an impassioned doctor, Dean's Pier is heading for disaster.

With the weight of the world on his shoulders, he refuses to help anyone who could cause his demise. So seeing a single soul with glowing eyes brings the assassin in him out, let alone meeting the seemingly perfect Orelia who is eager to please and offering one too many opinions.

With the government always watching, it seems everyone has something to hide.
