16 year old Wallace Sterling who wanted to be a music artist and fulfill his dead father's dream suddenly starts experiencing what he never thought he could even in his wildest dreams; dreams. Ones that feel too real. 

Then the blood vomits start.

He thinks it's a health problem before he finds out after denying it over and over again by telling himself he's simply hallucinating, that he's transforming into a monster with telekinetic abilities in a world where the same is happening to many others who gain different abilities along with sadistic intentions.
