Anthony Dela Cruz, born with the ability to produce lightning on his hands and raised as one of the best fighters of the Concepcion clan is finally called by Commander Lorry to prove his excellence in battle to get the crystallized heart. The heavenly object given by Kadugan to the three datus, which assures immortality and domination to the bloodline of the one who keeps it on the 600th year upon its creation. Together with his sister Joan and their cousin Alexander, they go on a quest to find and steal this crystallized heart from the two other clans. But loyalty is put into a test when they realize the presence of the Democrats, a secret league that was formed by some members of the three clans that had pledged to end the war and destroy the crystallized heart.
