There once was a time when vampires and humans lived on Earth in peace and tranquility. Although, at the time of the peaceful atmosphere, the humans did not know of the vampires existence. Until, a certain vampire came forward for help. This caused a world-wide war, leaving no soil untainted.
The humans won and now the world is left in an apocalyptic situation for the left over creatures of darkness. It's a battle, a war, an exhausting scavenge to survive.
Lay my body to rest and weep, for I am the wolf among the sheep.

Decades ago, the world came to a halt as humanity knew it. Wars spurred the worldwide deathrates to a new high, businesses closed, and much of the new technology stopped working altogether. However, all of this was unknown to a young woman you lived with her small family in a quiet town, hidden from the chaos of the outside world. The young woman who lived in this town was called Delilah, and this is her story. Please note that this book is a slow-burn. Yes, there is romance. Yes, like my characters you may be left wanting more. Good stuff takes time, give this book a try. Additionally, I started writing this book while I was fresh out of High School, I am now a junior in college. While the writing was not necessarily bad, it has improved greatly with the more recent chapters.
