Samantha didn't have a great life to begin with. On top of her circumstances she caused a lot more pain and suffering during her choices of drugs, alcohol, and acting out on anger. After having her 3 kids walk out she is forced to realize the monster she became. Now desperately trying to become clean she picks up a notebook and tries to understand why she did what she did. In hopes she can take the long road out of the hell she has dug herself in.
