The Phoenix Fall

Before the end as we know it, in the year 2103, the earth had its longest era of peace, in these 20 years since WW4 scientific development reached new peaks. We were bringing fantasy to life. Unicorns with real magic, elemental breathing dragons, though no bigger than an elephant, Griffons big enough to carry people, as well as great birds of ice and fire, but those were just the beginning, our ego grew too big we thought we could do anything from that point, oh how wrong we were.

We had started developing a new Strain of DNA in order to bypass most illnesses and make mortal wounds less serious. This new Strain was called Casfren and would cure all long standing diseases such as cancer and Lymes. There was no way anyone thought this could go wrong after all of our successes so far, how wrong we were.

My name is rasheal of the Ice Phoenix Royal Family, the youngest of 30 royal children at the currant age of 15. I am from the direct line of the king and currently his only child.
