Kiara 'Number 8' Hargreeves hated her life growing up. Not only was she born with abnormal abilities, she also got sold by her birth mother to an abusive old man, together with seven other children. 

All she ever wanted was to have a normal life, and she reached that goal, living in a decent apartment, working as a Tattoo artist, she was content. Until word came out that her adoptive father had died, and before she knew it, she got sucked right back into the craziness that is her family.
