Syren just wants a happy life within his pack. His father passed away, and now the responsibility of beta looms over his shoulders and future. However, he's more than willing to step up, and make his family proud. Even better, he's about to come of age. Now he will have a loving pack, family and mate to spend the rest of his life protecting. Well, that is, until he actually meets his mate. Syren is disgusted, and makes up his mind to reject his mate and bury the painful truth.
