Kaminari Denki had grown up in a household where his parents were constantly fighting. Typically, he didnt mind this- sure, it hurt, but not to the point it was unbearable. But when he's forced to leave his home, and his bestfriend, emotions become a bit untolerable.
But as he comes to school, people keep comparing him to this "Rio". He doesn't know much about them, but people are constantly getting mad at him. Who was Rio? And what did they have against him?
