The Kingdom of Sayo has been thrust into war that has claimed the entire land of Gaia. Darkness has begun to seep through the villages and cities, leaving behind a trail of death and chaos.
The Golden Son is a young man full of potential and skill that is awed throughout all the Kingdoms, though his arrogance and stubbornness holds him back from true greatness.
He fights his destiny as determinedly as he does his foes, but soon realizes that he is not as in control of his fate as he once believed.
His journey brings him to face figurative and literal demons, unexpected companionship, and an even more unexpected romance. 
Will his trials help him begin to find the strength to defeat the darkness and bring peace back to their world? Or will facing his worst adversities tear him down and defeat him?
The brink of the world's fate between  euphoria or misery hangs upon his decisions.
