An old Ky freighter blunders into the Wilderness, only to find they cannot leave quick enough, and their enemy is on the prowl.


This is a Short from the Sunderbans Universe, a rewrite of one of my early space battles I wrote for Sunderbans: K.  It's five chapters long and mostly focuses on the bridge crew of the Toronaga as they fight for their lives.

A slight malfunction sent them just outside the edge of the Milky Way Galaxy into dead space. Returning home, they ran into an alien race known as the Velcronians. What started off as a comical first contact, ended up with the Impala being snatched into the Farside Galaxy. Now stuck in the middle of a galactic war on the verge of spilling into the entire universe, the Impala must find a way to stop it and make it back home....before they no longer have a home to go back to. A young woman by the name of Terra Sloane escapes Earth after the SDF's deadly attack, heading to Mars. There, the supposed Captain Reyes is still alive, through which a secret no one knows. Though he is supposed to be in a coma-like state, Terra runs into him in the wastelands of Mars after crash-landing. Convincing him to return with her, Terra begins a journey to defeat the high power of the SDF: Colis. His plans to destroy the solar system with the new SDF are more powerful than ever before and it won't be long before the entire solar system is obliterated. With this unexpected journey Terra begins, she learns the truth to more secrets than she thinks possible. With those come betrayal, loss and even a bit of unintentional love. ~~~ This is a work of FAN-fiction, therefore I don't own everything in this story.
