Part 1:
Silica, a 14 year old, teal colored inkling, finds her way to Inkopolis. Her cheery attitude attracted many friends and followers, and a dangerous job, and school brought many surprises and shocking ideas. Looks like Inkopolis isn't nearly as calm as she though it would be!
Part 2:
 Ideas are shifting and relationships are changing. When a friend gets taken away, Silica is bitten by grief and confusion. Some species might've even left forever! When danger appears on a friendly image, Silica is changed forever. Some things might never go back to normal on her part.

I will now be posting everything unedited and unfinished for the sake of not feeling bad about the "talent" that middle school me felt when writing this. She heard of rumors of the old subway station and she's seen another inkling who's told her that he's an agent...agent 4, near what seems to be a sewer? Agent 8 now free is now living his new life on the surface, working, going on missions, and his favorite thing getting to spend time with 3. 3 is enjoying spending time with 8, but after going on a research mission in the Deepsea Metro she notices 8 acting strange. She found him mumbling to himself, he's having nightmares, being more claggy to 3 than normal, and swears that she caught a flash of teal in his eye. It couldn't be that bad... till 8 goes missing. The team is on the case to find him but sometime into the search Inklings sharing some of 3's similarities are getting attacked and 3's apartment gets ransacked. It's clear 8 is after 3 and if he finds her, he's not letting her go.

It strikes at night, it's blade cutting down everyone that gets in it's way. One night, four travelers gather to stop the shadow, and go out to fight it.
