The Jewels family was unordinary in all ways.
There were six children. All with the same fair complexion, dark hair and dark eyes. The resemblance scared the neighbours.
Eve remembered being so close to all of her siblings, but that was before they went onto to bigger things and left their family behind. Eve felt betrayed, hurt that they never even came in on her birthday, only sent postcards of all the magnificent places they'd travelled to. Whoever left was given the golden rule that they came every year to family Christmas. They never visited on days in between that.
One summer night, the three who had left the family household had returned in a surprise visit. They greeted each member with a wide grin and no explanation as to why they were there. They came back with an objective, a vast list of tasks to complete.
They came back with the major ultimate Jewels family summer bucket list, the list Eve only remembers reading years ago.
