A prince, born where people like him are dedicated when it comes to mastering magic, lived in the center of one of the most powerful kingdoms of Biringan, located within the northern bounds of Sandaigdig. 

Hiraya Aurelyo Marahaya of Paladia aspired to lead his kingdom as his great father had done and was determined to carry on his father's legacy. He'd heard stories about his father's great feats in assisting their kingdom and its citizens to prosper under his rule, and when Hiraya reached the legal age where he would finally become the heir to his father's throne, he was sent, without his knowledge, to one of the most prestigious schools where gifted nobles go to study magic; The Akademiya Engcantora for Magic and Sorcery.

His previous life, which was luxurious and pampered, ended when he entered the Academy to learn about magic, meet new friends, and adversaries who were all determined to pursue their own goals.
