Poems of Pain and Solitude
For every person out there that was quiet, not because they chose to be so, but because they were choking in the smoke. Because their opinions were apparently not worth anything. Because they didn't know just how to say what they felt. For every person that is consumed by their own thoughts, the derision from the outside world only making it worse. For every soul that was drowning in remorse and anguish on restless nights. For every soul that says I love you in the dark and in the mirror because no one else does. For the floors we would pace while anxiety sunk its teeth into us. For the mirrors that we would break while shame echoed its laugh in our caged walls. Can I Say Goodbye?
I'm always searching for something worth staying for but I can't seem to find that until then please don't mind me because I'm just a traveler passing through. When I'm not satisfied or happy I'll leave and find a new path, so just let me say goodbye... Can I say goodbye? I wrote till my hands bruised and heart bled. I wrote and wrote in hopes that some day, somebody will understand my words and all the things I wish I could say... Each poem is a story. My story. Some are fictional but most of them are true. Poetry's Tale to Tell
One sample of my work (Note not all poems will be so serious, some are story like others are light hearted): "Every day, something happens... Someone gets bullied, Just because "They're different" "Nerdy" "Annoying" "Have no sense of fashion..." All those things are of unimportance...! Everyone has a choice, Don't let what someone says, change it! You could stand down... Watch as the victim pleads for help... That's the easy path, But is it the right one? Do you want that on your consciousness? The pain can be so bad... It takes a life... Then it's too late, Regret becomes your best mate... A depressing thought... Although. It doesn't have to be that way...! YOU can make it change! Stand tall, speak loud, Stand up for what is right! That one action... Can save a life...! You could make a friend, A REAL friend. Spread awareness and Right the wrong! Be brave! For those who suffer... You're not alone...! If there's no knight to slay The evil demons away... Find it within you, to be strong! If you get no help, save yourself! You deserve happiness, and it will come! For karma never forgets you! Nor your enemies... Once it comes around, it will go around... COMPLETED, next poetry collection coming soon This is a poetry collection that is both ever updating and ever changing. This collection of poetry isn't exactly traditional or ever a solid complete piece of prose, I am ever adding and changing and morphing them into something I feel is better or is more to what I feel suits the character or the emotion I wrote the poem to embody. That being said, this collection has some works alike the past one that I made a few years back that doesn't quite hold up to standard today. I have poems that I have remade and moved into this collection, so If you have come from the previous collection know that if you recognise the theme it's because of that. I created this intended as both a challenge to write some feelings into something productive as-well as to write some inspired works made for a character I made as I wrote the poem or for a event or piece of media I enjoyed. Nothing is ever solid or at least their perspective will change as I write the poem or rewrite it. The Words I couldn't Say
This is a place for me to put all the things I wish I said but I just couldn't. These are a way for me to "say" these things without actually saying them to the person I want to. I probably won't ever go back or read any of these because it's like revisiting a bad memory so don't expect much in terms of editing. Also I wouldn't consider this poetry but it is laid out that way. WARNING Talk of depression, suicide, anxiety, and self harm. Don't read if you don't like things like that and may get triggered.
