In a mystical town where time stands still, the catalyst of destruction begins at the mere welcoming of a human into a home inhibited by the Bartholys, a wealthy vampire family. Evangeline Grace Good will put the vampires' limits to the test as she learns to navigated their world, leaving behind a trail of chaos and a few broken hearts.

Choices begin deep in the story and are limited to certain chapters.
(This book is the prequel to Vampire Season, currently unpublished indefinitely. You do not need to have read Vampire Season to understand this book, as these events take place prior to the events of VS.)

The narrative is told from two different points of view: Drogo's and Sophie's. I have designated the titles of each chapter so readers know which character is narrating.
