Kaylie is a seventeen year old werewolf. All wolves have their first shift at sixteen, during the first full moon from the day of their sixteenth birthday. Kaylie is seventeen when she first shifts and is an outcast.

She soon discovers that she is a white wolf; a very rare and powerful species of wolf that have been around for centuries. After majority of the white wolves were wiped by hunters, the last few survivors with the gene fled. Kaylie's father is the Alpha of her pack and carries the white wolf gene, enabling Kaylie to be super fast, swift and have heightened senses and abilities, no other wolf possesses.

When the neighbouring packs and her father plan to use her as their secret weapon to finally wipe out the hunters, Kaylie will be pushed to her limits discovering who she really is.

After meeting her mate she realises that she does not want to be in the middle of a war and can no longer trust her family. After choosing to leave her old pack she discovers just who she is with the help of her mate.
