Variel Shields is a fifteen-year-old who has experienced a lifetime's worth of trauma.  She is the only daughter of the infamous All For One and has spent her entire life trying to escape the blackened reputation her father has made for himself.  She is saved and taken in by the number one hero All Might and after a rocky start, Variel finally learns what it means to be loved.  However, her quirk is one that could get her killed and that fear becomes a constant hurdle she must learn to overcome once she starts at U.A.  Variel's life has never been simple and things only get more complicated for her once she finds herself falling for a certain explosive classmate with red eyes and a fiery personality. 

A/N: So I suck at writing descriptions and I promise this fic is way better than the description suggests.  Give the first handful of chapters a chance and I promise it'll be worth it.  I hope you enjoy!
