Lost kidS Mental Hospital,also known as LS Mental Hospital isn't your typical hospital. In fact,it isn't even a mental hospital nor is it a regular hopsital. LS Mental Hospital uses young boys and men to do dirty tasks such as hack and hunt down innocent people.
If you don't do what you're told or if you do something against rules,you can get in big trouble,or worse, killed.

Yang Jeongin,an 18 year old boy arrives in Seoul but gets taken away by masked men a few days after his arrival. Jeongin meets 8 boys also known as Chan,Woojin,Lee-Know,Changbin,Hyunjin,Han,Felix,and Seungmin,aka his hyungs on his first day there. But his first impression of LS Mental Hospital wasn't the best. But first impressions for LS is never truly good.

As Jeongin and his hyungs get closer,Jeongin realizes what his hyungs deal with everyday or on a daily basis. With all 9 of them together,they struggle,mentally and physically. Struggling with self-identity and real mental illnesses,caused by trauma at LS, will Jeongin and his hyungs end up dead or will they actually find a way out?
