Shaila was a quiet school girl who studied well and had great grades, her job was a simple store clerk and she was really good at it, she finally found her dream job and started a family, but that's when she lost it all, she died protecting her child and she woke up elsewhere, multiple elsewheres... All the reincarnation books and comics and etc that I've read almost always either skip the baby stage or move on from it too quickly, (the other ones are usually harems or timeskip too far in the future too fast for my tastes) this story focuses more on the baby/child stages and also animal reincarnation (which are my 2 favorite things to read haha) Just fyi, this does mean that if breastfeeding isn't something you want to read about then I'm sorry, but you can skip chapter 3, 4 has it a little bit too but there will be more in the future so just a warning. I've never done this before so bear with me and don't judge a book by its cover (literally! Never in my life did I ever think I'd be reincarnated. As far as I'm aware, being able to reincarnate means being good in your previous life, and being given a chance to restart your life anew. Although I don't consider myself particularly good, I'm not bad either. I simply existed somewhere in between. Regardless, I never expected to wake up inside a fantasy novel! And not just any novel, but a "dark romance", as my sister would call it. The kind with an obsessive male lead willing to go to any lengths to protect his delicate, soft-spoken heroine. Even if it meant murder. I had read the story before, and yes, it was undeniably cliché. But now, I find myself trapped within said story, cast as the villain, destined to meet my end at the hands of the possessive, and dangerously unhinged male lead. I can't tell if this world despises me or if it's offering me a twisted kind of opportunity. But one thing is for certain: I have to survive. And I need to find a way out.
