Zhao Yunlan gasped as his eyes widened. His heart hammered. Shen Wei...the memory surfaced. Oh his team coming back without Shen Wei. His bloodied body. Anguish filled his being as his loss surfaced in his awakening consciousness. He was gone. He was never going to see him again...and he didn't even get time to confess his feelings. With tears in his eyes, Yunlan took in the swimming vision in front of him. Only to notice a sea of crowding around him.
His mind was sluggish but he recognised one pale face in the sea of crowd above him. His heart froze as he took in that sight. The rest faded as he zoned in on that one face which wasn't bloodied and very alive. With strength he didn't know he had possessed, he immediately ran up and clasped him in a tight embrace.

By a stroke of luck, after suffering Shen Wei's death and his own demise Zhao Yunlan finds himself waking up in the past on the first day he met the professor. With memories of the future fresh, Zhao Yunlan vows to change their destiny. He had lost Shen Wei once. He wouldn't be losing him again.
Can Yunlan change the future he came from? Would he be able to change their ending? And who sent Yunlan back in time? Only time will tell.

An old enemy returns, an old character also returns, and an old face leaves to start a new job. The main characters are taken from the TV series Guardian and adapted to suit the stories. The series was adapted from the book by Priest, who is a wonderful writer. Without her we wouldn't be able to enjoy following her brilliant characters. Dragon city University was one of the best Schools out there. But with a secret. Shen Wei started there with a mission and revenge on his mind. He also had a big secret. Zhao Yunlan was a loner, stayed away from everyone, him also had a big secret. With their eyes locked into each other by accident, Zhao knew things were about to change, but wasn't sure if it was a good thing or a bad thing. This is my first story on wattpad, I just fell so in love with the Guardian drama and Novel. So I am borrowing the characters from there. But the story is mine which I started on years ago on a different site, but never finished it but want to rewrite it as a Weilan story. English is not my native language so sorry for grammar mistake and such. You need to have watched the drama to understand eveything that's going on. I don't waste much time with the cases because you already know about that.
