Bakugo always had some harsh words to throw at Midoriya. The smaller male couldn't help but be affected by them. When finally Bakugo crosses the line and tells Midoriya to commit suicide , the green-haired boy starts thinking that maybe the blond is right and he doesn't deserve to be alive.
What would happen if Midoriya killed himself in the beginning? It would definitely alter the entire course of events.
This is an alternative ending that starts exactly in the first episode of My Hero Academia. I'll crush the entire story-line and rewrite it according to my ideas.

(In this world there are no quirks or heros.) Bakugo has bullied countless people throughout middle school, one being Kirishima. A student with no self confidence or self esteem, a student who has asked himself if he deserved to live because of Bakugo.
