It was the last year of high school. After this year all of us would either start working or go to university. This year was a really important year for us. As well for school as for us personally.
It was a year with up and down's, but we somehow managed to survive.
But let's start at be beginning.

I never believed it would end like this. I was just watching Netflix when the power went out, then before I knew it everyone was screaming, then the school began to shake and fell to the ground. Only three kids in my entire school were spared, four if you count me. I found a group of people heading to the east coast for a boat trip to a supposed safe haven in India. They died of disease days later. I found their bodies by the river. But I guess this is my life now, surviving with a scared boy, a pair of twins and trying to make it to the next day. Even so, you still try to smile and pretend to be strong in front of others. You were also forced to work in a restaurant by your adoptive family. They don't care about you unless every month you get a salary, they are the ones who take the money even you can just keep quiet because otherwise you will be beaten by them. (Use to be called 'How Did My Life Get So Complicated?" but figured it was too long and decided to shorten it and give a different description than it was before). Zeke's life was that of a simple nerd who liked being in the background unnoticed and who just happens to be gay. It really doesn't help when you have two tormentors picking on you every single day with no do anything to stop it. Since it was his senior year all he had to do was hang on for the next ten months. Everything will be alright, right? Sadly it won't because life decided to throw a curve ball at Zeke's head by adding more pain other than what his bullies do to him. He gains a friend, looses said friend, only living relative dies and added to that his first love ends before it even really begins.Complete

The night when everything got f*cked up.
The party was quite nice. The school year had just started. But there was too much alcohol, too many problems, and a unfortunate accident that would kill 5 kids, leaving many in grief. Cheating happened, death happened, rape happened, and brought people closer to each other than they've ever been. People mourn every time they see the sunset, people can't bring themselves to get into an Uber. At the end of the day they're just young, and some will stay young forever.
