This is a rewrite of my story 'Izuku, The Winter Soldier'
Basically Izuku is the son of All Might and Inko (who is the hero Psybeam in this story) and due to them being away all the time, Izuku grows to resent them.
He goes to America and becomes a Vigilante before coming back to Japan for U.A.
