This is a short story about suicide. Jonathan lost his best friend when Ryan killed himself and now he has to find the strenght to keep on living.
I hope it will help someone as much as it's helping me.
This might need a few trigger warnings, suicide and depression are the main ones.

Sophomore Year
~Completed~ A 16 year old girl goes into sophomore year as a new student. Hoping that it's one to remember, she realizes that it will be. Not in the way that she had hoped. Lindsay goes through a lot of difficult situations from her mom's boyfriend, to her friend's dad, to her mom moving, to her moving with dad, to moving schools, to transferring back and losing one of her best friends. Lindsay begins to lose hope, and she begins to get really depressed to the point she feels like suicide is all that's left. She turns to drugs, alcohol, and self-harm. Feeling as if no one cares, she begins to plan her suicide. She does fine in school in hopes that it will keep the attention away from her actions. Coming to the end of sophomore year, she begins to see what's good about life as she promises Dr. Barns, and Mrs. Gibson gives her reason and inspiration. ---------------------- ❗️Not all events in this story are true. an almost decade old story. * "one tragedy changed their lives." a story with dialogues and minimal description, in which a boy ends up in the hospital after a car accident and his friend slowly collapsing under the weight of his tortured mind. but what actually happened that one fateful night and what other secrets will be unraveled? * two main male pov's, recognizable through italics and normal text. a story written unlike any other. i hope you'll find comfort in it just as much as i have. be aware that this is a realistic story. * slow-burn start, but it picks up. don't let the number of chapters fool you; the average reading time for each is less than a minute . i came up with the story of the two friends when i was still quite young and i'm by no means a writer, so it deeply apologize if it sucks ass. feel free to vote and comment or point out any spelling mistakes or confusing paragraphs. it needs some editing and possibly some small changes or added chapters for clarity and better character development, but as for now, this first completed story will do. original story: around 2014. first upload: 2020. re-upload: 2023.Terminé
I'm Drowning
Dan is suffering. Torn apart from the stress of his father and school, he tries to take his life. The feeling of freedom is foreign to him being forced into terrible school my his abusive father. Just before Dan is about to jump off a bridge, someone grabs his waist and holds him back. Dylan is just an ordinary boy. Nothing special about him. Average house, family, income. His only difference that separates him from society is one secret tearing him apart. Suicide affects Dylan more then most, so when he see a poor boy about to do it, instincts kick in and he saves Dan's life. Two broken boys struggling to find their place in life. Will they build each other up or break themselves even more?Terminé
An Unexpected Moment
... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. As I transcribe it here, I have tried to update it a bit and give the characters/story more depth than what I had when I was younger. Hopefully it all gets pulled together!Terminé

All Jonathan ever wanted was to find love. But after his first girlfriend uses him and publicly humiliates him, he's left heartbroken and lost. Just when he's ready to give up, a mysterious new girl crosses his path. She offers to help him change and teaches him how to gain the confidence to be himself, with one condition-he'll owe her a favor when it's all over. As they grow closer, Jonathan begins to wonder if he's ready for the journey or if he's unknowingly found something even more meaningful
Untitled Fears
I was close to dying if not from my sister. I went from bitches at school to my alcoholic, addict abusing mother. Then my best friend decided he wanted stop be part of the crew that cries for me to give me another reason to live. I didn't want another one but...it feels nice. Warning: This is rated MATURE for a reason. Mentions of cutting, abuse, alcoholism, bullying, gayness, and Gacha pictures because they help me visualize my characters better. If any of these things make you uncomfortable, get the hell away from my story, no one said you had to sit here and read this. I am not a professional writer but I did try with what my pain and emotions gave me. The entirety of the story is explained over time so if you want to sit and read, be my guest.
