Princess Naomi Windaba was always a bit of a "free spirit" (that was the most polite term to call her), and had a temperament that rivaled a stormy sky. Her sister, Princess Serenity, was the blue haired, slender beauty and the calm before Naomi's storm. 

The sisters live on a future Earth, one where twenty percent of the population practices magic. Naomi and Serenity are part of that twenty percent. Naomi uses wind magic, and Serenity wields water magic.
