Sam is the STAR quarterback for his high school football team in North Carolina and he also is the pitcher for the baseball team.Everyone loves him and he even has a twin sister named Catherine. Catherine was on the cheer, softball, soccer, lacrosse,and volleyball team and all of Sam's friends LOVED her. They were both VERY popular and had A LOT of friends. They were 17 years old and as crazy as can be.There dad was the coach for the football team. He is VERY strict on the twins,but at least he will let Catherine have fun. Sam is pretty strict with Catherine to though. Sam wasn't aloud to go to parties or EVEN date a girl... What will Sam do to date the girl he has loved FOREVER or even be a normal popular guy?

An Unexpected Moment
... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. "You just have no idea." His voice was thick with restraint. "W-what," I breathed. His gaze flicked to my lips as his thumb stroked again. The calloused pad against my soft flesh sent goosebumps down my arms. His once warm eyes were dark as they lifted and bared into my soul. "What you do to... men." His husky whisper weakened my knees.
