The Captain and the Angel

Alli Angel is a almost immortal angel that grew up the Steve Rodgers. When her and Steve join the army they start to realize they like each other. Steve then gets himself frozen and she continued living. She goes off the grid and later ends up appearing when Steve needs her. Will they still have feeling?
