Sarah, Bucky, and Steve have been best friends since childhood. All three of them joined the army, Sarah and Bucky where even in the same unit. Sarah had a disease in her left arm, while Steve and Bucky were on a mission Sarah and Howard Stark built a robotic arm for her. After Bucky fell off the train Sarah went looking for him. She hoped they could at least give him a proper funeral and bury him. When hydra faint Bucky they also found Sarah standing there. They brainwashed her turning her into The Winter Warrior. She's been killing for years. But what will happen when she goes on a mission to kill Tony Stark...
