No one asked for it, but here it is! A collection of shorts written by yours truly! (A few of these are actually just parts of stories I've started but don't plan on finishing.) 

Feel free to use them for inspiration. If you do choose to do that, please be sure to tell me so I can read the story you used it in!

Parts will be uploaded whenever I write them. Some of these I wrote years ago and don't plan on fixing so everyone can see the difference in how much my writing has grown. 

If you have a story idea and want me to write a blurb for it, (maybe because you're bad at writing descriptions), I might do it, or I'll make it into something completely different. You'll never know.


Honestly this book is just a really great excuse to empty out the drafts I'm never going to use.All Rights Reserved

30 Days, 30 Stories: A Writing Challenge by stvnlra

This is a 30 day writing challenge, a collection of short stories. I've always been a world class procrastinator. The goal of this challenge is to get me writing regularly and, hopefully, break me of the perfectionist thinking that often paralyses me. The Rules: 1. Write and publish 1 short story (flash fic, vignette) per day for 30 days. 2. Stories must be at least 100 words. 3. They can be of any genre or subject matter. Like a lot of writers I have notebooks lying around full of random story ideas. Most of my older ideas are for novels and screenplays. Been going thru my old ideas and picking out the ones I think lend themselves to the short story format. I'm also working on coming up with NEW ideas that I can use here. Never been good at using prompts, but this is a good opportunity to experiment with those. All the stories here are original works written specifically for this challenge. Minor irritations, but they may or may not trigger her blizzard-inducing rage from time to time, resulting in out-of-season snowstorms, snowbound towns, and confused meteorologists worldwide. Good thing she has a fairy godmother. Or is it? When a forbidden paranormal romance brings secret magic and an unspoken curse to light, the weight of the world lands on Lily's shoulders. SmackDown: Back to Our Roots by LayethTheSmackDown

Our previous two SmackDowns were both massive successes, and it's high time for another. You might remember the last one was heavy on the "game" elements, maybe even too heavy. This time we're going back to the basics and keeping it simple. It's just a motherfuckin' sci-fi SmackDown: a heated writing contest where contestants are given text-, music- and visual-based prompts, and then they need to write a short story around that, following which they're judged for their efforts and either move on to the next round or they get eliminated from the competition. But there's gotta be some kind of twist, right? For this one we're waxing nostalgic, we're looking back into our past. We're going back to our roots.

To "Just Another Nightmare," a story about a kind of hell you might never have thought of. This collection will likely make you question if something is wrong with me. Spoiler alert; there is. (I own nothing, pictures and videos belong to others, i just borrow them for the stories.) (I am willing to do request but I have condition that come with the requests: #1 no sexual or sleeping together stuff, I don't write inappropriate stuff like that, especially if the characters aren't married and even if they are I wont write it, I'll leave it up to everyone else imagination. #2 I don't use foul language at all period. #3 I will not have the characters living together in the same house or apartment unless they are married. Also I don't know when I'm gonna update this, it's just kind of when I want to. Each chapter is a different story and I'll post these between posting chapters of my main stories. And a TW for anyone who is sensitive to violence or anything scary. Not all of the stories are like this, but a lot of them are probably gonna be pretty messed up. (lol) A lot of these stories is just to get ideas out of my head and it will probably never be completed. Each story is different and there is no real pattern or anything, its just all random.
